La caution d'un chef

Globetrotter, Matthias has honed his passion for creating cocktails in around thirty countries, both in luxury hotels and international groups and in beach bars. A 360-degree journey and travels that have allowed him to develop his appetite for multi-sensory experiences and the blending of new flavors. Creative, he tends to open the world of bars to other universes, to think outside the box by drawing inspiration from gastronomy (cooking and baking) but also from herbalism, perfumery and, of course, nature quite simply!
